Waltz Time is proud to offer a free waltz lesson as part of the Glen Echo Park Partnership's celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Spanish Ballroom and Montgomery County's "Heritage Days" weekend. Paul Crumrine and Lily McGovern will teach a beginning waltz lesson with practice session at 3:30 pm in the Spanish Ballroom.
